Happy to say that my beloved touring bike has arrived in Florida. Hopefully FedEx took care of the precious cargo, considering all the money they accepted from me to ship it. Next up, my turn. Can’t wait to get out of the -27° weather here; I’ve even quit shoveling snow because – quite simply – I just don’t care anymore. Sunshine state, see you soon.

Hey folks. Long time no blog…and for me no bike. After a few cancelled attempts to bike the Western Express and a ill hatched plan to bike Cuba, I’ve finally got another tour lined up. Florida coast along Highway 1, down through the Keys to Key West. I’ve driven it years ago, but I hear the biking is great! Super excited to get out of the Buffalo cold and to get back on the Sojourn and put in some miles. I’ve got a lot of new camera equipment too, so expect some photos.
